Hi I’m Allan McGhee. I have lived and played in northern Alberta for the last 23 years. In the midst of starting a family I quit a successful career in oilfield construction to pursue an entrepreneurial path and attended Butlers Professional Farrier School in Nebraska. My farrier business has given me an enjoyable means to provide for my family and time to watch my four young children grow. I have an appetite for knowledge and a belief in the importance of continuing education. In my position as your Northern Alberta Representative I hope to help encourage more continuing education opportunities for our farrier community.
